Mission Immo GmbH
For Kirschner Property GmbH, the Starnberger Höhe project was comprehensively visualized. Based on the building plans and supplementary structural data from an architectural firm, a precise 3D architectural model was created, which was then visually enhanced and staged to a high standard. In addition, real drone footage was combined with CGI renderings and seamlessly blended as VFX to present the property realistically and impressively. The project was rounded off with targeted video editing for background and presentation purposes, with the aim of communicating the architecture, location, and quality clearly, modernly, and visually convincingly.

For this project, real drone footage was combined with rendered CGI elements and seamlessly blended together. Precise adjustments to perspective, lighting, and movement resulted in a realistic VFX implementation that visually enhances the real footage.
From Blueprint to Rendering

For the Starnberger Höhe project by Kirschner Property GmbH, the building was architecturally reconstructed in 3D based on the existing construction plans. In addition, fundamental structures and reference data were provided by an architectural firm and integrated into the model. Subsequently, the project was visually enhanced through detailed materials, lighting design, and targeted staging to realistically and effectively depict the architecture and spatial effects.

Additionally, a short video was produced for the background. Through targeted editing, smooth timing, and visual coordination, the video serves as an atmospheric element that supports the project presentation without distracting from the content.

The close collaboration worked exceptionally well, and together we created something truly special: from precise 3D visualizations to VFX, we were able to bring the vision of the construction project vividly to life. It was exciting to bring the idea to life in every detail, and I'm delighted that we can now present the result.
